Facilities The Coriander Restaurant offers adults, couples and families indoor and outdoor dining facilities as well as the choice of three private dining rooms. Coriander is decorated with rich colours and textures along modern light rich lines. A large open cooking window surrounded with mellow stone and deep mahogany allows for patrons to enjoy the bustle of the fragrant kitchen. Oblong shaped eating areas consist of natural earth toned furniture and the restaurant’s centrepiece of exotic flowers under a flood-lit food display table, while a fountain and intelligent lighting augment the relaxing ambience The menu is characterised by an aromatic and interesting blend of spices and the freshest of ingredients to offer clientele freshly baked breads, tender meats and crisp vegetables that simply ensure good value. Drinks and cocktails along with 11 different signature chutneys compliment these items to perfection. MENU The appetising array of menu items span all tastes with a selection of signature dishes from Hyderabad, Punjab and vegetarian dishes from both Northern and Southern India coupled with a teaser of Mughlai flavours. Highlights include lamb marinated in garlic chilli paste, ginger, seeds and exotic spices; seafood such as fish, royal shrimp and flush salmon are drenched in light and rich chutneys made from apricot, guava, coriander and pumpkin.
