About us

The world’s first Arab pitmaster has worked together with the guys behind PINZA! and the Matcha Club to launch FIYA, an eatery driven by a live-fire concept. Located in Meydan as part of the Keturah Reserve, Mattar leads the venue at the stunning outdoor location. The menu is inspired by the fire-based cuisines of the world and the team’s exciting travels. There are four main fire stations, with an open-concept grill visible to everyone and changing depending on the type of cuisine.
