Lebanese seafood eatery and terrace, La Sirène, is opening its doors soon at Dubai’s Avani Palm View Hotel. The restaurant promises to take you to the shores of Beirut with a menu that celebrates Levantine cuisine including seafood dishes, refined Lebanese street food, and classic favourites that pay homage to the region’s rich culinary heritage. Dishes are designed for sharing and to give you a look at the Lebanese culinary landscape. Plus, you’ll have a stunning view of the Dubai skyline while enjoying desserts on the terrace. Think mezze, bread, wraps, salads, fresh fish and seafood, meats, and traditional desserts such as baklava. Signature dishes include the Lebanese seabass sayadiyeh, a classic fish and rice dish with a roasted fish sauce, fried onions, pine nuts, and browned rice.
