Oubari Pharma was founded in 1989 by Mr. Moustafa Oubari and his partners as the first private pharmaceutical company to initiate sterile production in Syria. The Company was producing sterile products under license from European manufacturers such as Rhone Poulenc, Roussel Uclaf, Dr. Mann, and Lisa Pharma.
