General is for people who are thinking of immigrating to another country. Any student who scores below 3 on the Diagnostic Test would need to take an English Course with Prep-zone prior to attempting the IELTS. For both exams the Listening and Speaking section is the same. It is only the Reading and Writing passages that differ. Teaching methodology Classes are very interactive and our trainers use a variety of methods to engage the student and help them to focus on the task requirements. Everything from Slideshows, instructional videos, listening tracks, Class games and quizzes are used as teaching aids during class. Handouts and extra exercises (if required) are given throughout the course as well as in class short tests checking students understanding of task and module requirements. Each trainer keeps a detailed record of each student starting with the students diagnostic test to every subsequent test taken. This is to ensure that the student is showing improvement and to guide both the instructor and student as to what their strengths and weaknesses are in each module.
