Since its launch in January, Dubai Frame has received over 466,000 visitors.
Dubai Municipality launched on Wednesday the e-ticketing system to allow residents and visitors to book tickets online to visit the Dubai Frame.

Through www.dubaiframe.ae, residents will be able to book their tickets in advance and ensure their own preferred time of visit. 

The new system, launched in collaboration with Etisalat, also offers a wide range of e-services, including detailed information about the frame to help residents plan their visit at ease.  

Dawood Al Hajiri, Director General of Dubai Municipality, said the launch of the website will facilitate the process of online booking without having to bear the burden of traffic congestions and fluctuations in weather conditions.

It will also reduce the rush at the ticket counter at Dubai Frame, located in Zaabeel Park. 

The online smart portal's technology includes photography, sharing of images immediately on email and social media and provides free WiFi to visitors. 

Another service, called Smart Guide, will be launched soon. 

Since its launch in January, Dubai Frame has received over 466,000 visitors. It has become one of the most important tourism projects, characterized with its distinctive height that allows visitors to have a 360 degree view of of the city's old and modern aspect.  

It is expected to receive over 2 million visitors a year.
