Two expats from Arab and Asian nationalities have been arrested by the General Department of Criminal Investigation of Farwaniya Governorate. These individuals have been charged with the offense of “misusing a phone.” Their alleged actions involved surreptitiously placing a mobile phone within the confines of a women’s restroom located in a bank within the Farwaniya Governorate.

A case numbered 45/2024 has been officially registered in connection to this incident. Following their arrest, the suspects have been handed over to the appropriate legal authorities. In order to initiate necessary legal proceedings against them, this step has been taken.
