An Emirati man has lodged a complaint against his wife at the Sharjah Misdemeanour Court accusing her of insulting him.
He told the presiding judge that he had a discord with his wife and she approached the Sharjah family court. He said that when the officials asked her why she was seeking divorce, she told them that she was not happy in the marriage.
The husband said that his wife accused him of having illegal affairs with women, which he considers as an insult.
The judge adjourned the court hearing to October 10.
