An Asian school bus driver was referred to the Dubai Criminal Court for molesting a 12-year-old student.

As per the public prosecution records, the case dates back to May when the driver parked the vehicle in Al Barsha area, close to the house of the boy who was the last student on the bus.

The 33-year-old driver asked the student to change the vehicle's sign to 'empty', and then asked him to clean it.

During the investigations, the student said that while cleaning the bus, the driver started covering the CCTV inside the vehicle, and when he asked him why he was doing that, he didn't say anything.

The student said that suddenly, he felt the driver trying to undress him. The boy kicked him and ran away to his house. He told about the incident to his father, who filed a case against the driver.

The accused confessed to committing the crime.
