It was a foggy, misty morning in some parts of the UAE on Saturday morning.

According to the National Center of Meteorology the occurrence of mist was reported over the Madninat Zayed in Al Dharfa area in Abu Dhabi.

The NCM has also advised drivers to take all precautions and follow the traffic regulations regarding the opportunity for fog formation, which reduces horizontal visibility.

In its latest weather update, the NCM expected horizontal visibility to be less than 800 meters at times over some central and western areas of the country during the period from 3:00am until 8:30am on Saturday morning.

The weather for Saturday has been predicted to be hot and hazy during the day time with the appearance of clouds by afternoon.
