It has been requested by the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) that residents use its online services to attest sick leaves and approve medical reports from special committees. According to the ministry, residents can submit applications via its website or at customer service centers to attest your sick leave certificate and medical reports. Here you can find out what documents you need to provide as well as how much it will cost.

For employees whose employers require them to get their sick leave applications attested, the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) offers the service for free online at www.mohap.ae.

Attestations of sick leaves and medical records of both private and governmental health facilities are available through the smart service.
