The program is part of UAE's initiatives to support Qatar's hosting of FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. Through the Multiple-Entry Tourist Visa options, the UAE will be hosting the world cup fans, allowing them to enter UAE multiple times over a period of 90 days.
World cup fans will be allowed to enter UAE multiple times during a 90-day period.
In a statement, the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security explained that the program grants multiple-entry visas to UAE citizens for a period of up to 90 days after the visa is issued. The visa fees are reduced to Dh100 and will be paid once for the whole period.
In November 1, 2022, holders of the 'Hayya' card will be able to enter the UAE by applying for this visa, and they will be able to enter several times during the validity period.

Visa-exempt citizens are not subject to the above procedures, as they are allowed to enter and stay in the UAE as they are now.
A Hayya Card Holder can apply for the Multiple-Entry Visa via the website (www.icp.gov.ae), by selecting "Smart Channels", "Public Services", and then selecting "Hayya Card Holders" Visa, and completing the required data and documents, and paying the fees.
