Generally, parking in Dubai is easy, but during peak hours it can be difficult. Furthermore, the Roads and Transportation Authorities have developed a convenient way to pay with a parking card. People living or working in Dubai who don't have free parking use paid parking options and make payments through parking cards. The RTA Seasonal Parking Card Dubai
With the RTA seasonal parking cards, vehicle owners can park their light vehicles in the public parking areas in Dubai. A parking permit can be obtained by using the code on the parking plate. You can do this without having to pay every time you use the parking space.
In Dubai, there are two categories A and B of seasonal parking cards. For each category, there is a designated parking area. The seasonal card lets you park only three vehicles on the same Dubai registration plate under the same traffic file number.
You can use these seasonal parking cards to pay for three, six, and twelve months of parking at reduced rates. Depending on the type of permit and validity period, the Dubai RTA seasonal parking card price may vary.
However, one must keep in mind that pick-up trucks and buses cannot use this permit.

The "General Subscription Permit" is valid in all types of public parking (Zone A, B, C, D).

Timing: 8 am to 10 pm without break between 1 pm to 4 pm
Zone B

Timing: 8 am to 10 pm without break between 1 pm to 4 pm

Timing: 8 am to 10 pm without break between 1 pm to 4 pm

How Can We apply for Seasonal Parking Cards for Public Parking?
Through the RTA Website or App
1. RTA's website and applications require a username and password for login.
2. Choose “Apply for Seasonal Parking permits for Public Parking”.
3. Enter your card activation date and vehicle information here. Enter the vehicle details by using the plate number or the traffic file number.
4. As soon as you have added your vehicle information, you will be asked to select the category and duration of your card.
5. You will then enter your personal information.
6. In the final step, you will need to confirm the parking card fee and pay with your credit card.
Through Self Service Machines
1. Log into your account and select the Apply for Seasonal Parking Permits for Public Parking option.
2. Fill out the vehicle information and pay by credit card.
3. The parking card is activated as soon as payment is made.
Through Cusromer Happiness Centers
1. Visit your local customer happiness center to prove vehicle ownership.
2. You will be asked for an email address and a phone number.
3. Next, you must pay the fee.
4. Upon paying the parking card Dubai fee, you will receive a confirmation receipt via email or SMS.
Things to note about RTA seasonal parking:
1. Vehicles cannot be parked in the development areas like Dubai silicon oasis and the TECOM using seasonal parking cards.
2. A seasonal parking card in Dubai can be renewed a month before its expiration date.
