Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Tuesday issued a number of Federal Decrees to ratify various bilateral agreements between the UAE and different nations.
The agreements ratified included the one between the UAE and Slovakia for encouraging and protecting mutual investments, agreements on Civil Defence cooperation and land transport of passengers and goods with Oman, an agreement with Belarus on the mutual protection of classified information, an agreement on the establishment of air services with Tanzania, as well as an air services agreement with Sweden.

A decree was issued for amending the agreement on the mutual exemption of entry visas between the UAE and Kazakhstan for holders of diplomatic passports.
Shaikh Khalifa also issued decrees appointing, transferring and promoting diplomats.
