Colonel Dr. Muhammad Abdullah Al Bahar, Director of the Traffic and Patrols Department at Ras Al Khaimah Police, underscored the seriousness of this offense.
The Ministry of Interior's Traffic Sector, in collaboration with the Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command, has launched a comprehensive traffic awareness campaign under the slogan 'Driving without a phone.'
