2)- Violation – Driver having Drugs or any other sustance affecting his Brain; Court would decide the punishment, Maximum Imprisonment of 60 days in case of Cars/MPV/SUV (Light Vehicles) & the Lisence of the Driver mandataroly be suspended for a period of 1 Year.
3) - Violation – Accident made someone Dead; Court would decide the punishment, 23 Black Points ; Retantion of Vehicle for 60 days in case of Cars/MPV/SUV (Light Vehicles)
4)- Violation – Any Serious Accident causing severe injuries ; Court would decide the punishment, 23 Black Points; Retantion of Vehicle of 30 days in case of Cars/MPV/SUV (Light Vehicles)
5)- Violation – Trying to escape when stopped by Police men : Fine of DH 500 for Cars/SUVs/MPVs, DH 1000 for C0ommercial Vehicles ; 12 & 16 Black Points for Light & Commercial Vehicles subsequently Retantion of Vehicle for 30 Days in the case of Lighter Vehicles.
6)- Violation – Escaping after Minor Accident - : Fine of DH 500 for Cars/SUVs/MPVs, DH 1000 for Commercial Vehicles ; 8 Black Points for Light Vehicles, Retantion of Vehicle for 7 Days in the case of Lighter Vehicles.
7)- Violation – Crossing the Prescribed Speed Limit of 80KM PH ; Fine of DH 3000 ; 23 Black Points ; Retantion of Vehicle for 60 Days in the case of Lighter Vehicles.
8)- Violation – No Number Plate on Vehicle ; Fine of DH 3000; 23 Black Points; Retantion of Vehicle for 90 Days in the case of Lighter Vehicles.
9) - Violation – Driving any Heavy/Commercial vehicle which can compromise the Lives of the Driver himself or other commuters on the Roads; Fine of DH 3000; Lisence of the Driver will be Suspended for a period of 1 year from the day of Lisence issued.
10)- Violation – Driving any Heavy/Commercial vehicle which can cause Damage to any Public or Private properties; Fine of DH 3000
11)- Violation – Jumping of red Light by any Heavy/Commercial vehicle; Fine of DH 3000; Lisence of the Driver will be Suspended for a period of 1 year from the day of Lisence issued.

13)-Violation- leisure bikes with three or more wheels should not be used on the road;Fine in Dh:3000,Retention period :90 days.
14)- Violation -If submission of driving licence is late or fails when the maximum black points are accrued in the third traffic violation;Fine in DH:3000.
15)-Violation-Trucks drivers overtaking from prohibited area;Fine in Dh:3000, driving licence suspended,suspension of DL for 1 years fromnthe date of withdrawal.
